New Café Opening News!

Surprise! We’re gearing up to open the doors of our newest café in Bristol in what was previously River Cottage Canteen, on Whiteladies Road. We’re amalgamating two of our much-loved cafés into the new, 150 cover site. When the café opens in early 2021, teams from Clifton village and the current Whiteladies Road café will come together to open the doors.

CEO and Co-owner, Sam Roberts, says;
“We’ve long since admired this beautiful building, built in 1894 and within the demise of the grade 2 listed St John’s church, so when we heard it was available, we jumped at the chance. The team behind River Cottage Canteen did a fantastic job with sympathetic refurbishment and we look forward to serving purposeful breakfast, lunch and tea in this wonderful corner of Bristol.”

Of course, the new café will serve up our signature ethically sourced food and drink, including award-winning breakfasts (served all day) and lunches alongside specialty coffees, loose-leaf teas and homemade smoothies and juices. On top of that, the newest Boston Tea Party will continue our pledge to the planet which includes – no single use coffee cups, continuing to remove single use plastic from the supply chain and an upcoming carbon audit.

Sam says of Boston Tea Party’s commitment to prove doing good is good for business;
“We put the company purpose of Making Things Better at the centre of everything we do. Whether you bring the family for brunch or pop in to grab a takeaway coffee (bring your reusable cup!) you’ll leave knowing you’ve done a little bit of good too.”
