- Apple Juice – 150ml
- Spinach – a handful
- 1/3 ripe banana
- Cucumber – a modest chunk
- Chia Seeds – 1 tsp
- 1 Lime wedge
Chuck everything in a blender and whizz until smooth.
Add the liquid first – this will help everything blend more smoothly
