Recipe: The Green One

For when you’re on the tail-end of New Year, are feeling virtuous, or are exploring your Veganuary options, the Green One has what it takes to set you straight and get you feeling great.

You’ll need:

  • Apple Juice – 150ml
  • Spinach – a handful
  • 1/3 ripe banana
  • Cucumber – a modest chunk
  • Chia Seeds – 1 tsp
  • 1 Lime wedge

Chuck everything in a blender and whizz until smooth.

Top tips:
Add the liquid first – this will help everything blend more smoothly
