Christmas Calligraphy Workshop

Calling all budding artists. Learn the basics of Modern Calligraphy, just in time for the festive season, ready to take on those greeting cards, gift tags and decorations.

You'll be learning:

• The differences between calligraphy and cursive
• How to hold your brush pen
• How to create the basic calligraphy strokes
• How to connect the letters
• How to put these together to form the alphabet in a calligraphic style
• Doodles to decorate white space
• Some greeting card designs

You will be provided with a brush pen, some blank greetings cards and a workbook that you'll work with during the event. Your ticket also includes a cuppa and a cake!
