Make Springtime Animals
Looking for a fun, creative activity for the Easter school holidays? Join us for our Children’s Air-Dry Clay Workshop, where little makers will design and create their own adorable springtime animals using air-dry clay. Perfect for curious, creative kids aged 7 years and up, this hands-on workshop introduces children to basic clay modelling techniques, fun decorative details, and the essential slip and score method for joining clay elements securely.
Children will be guided step-by-step as they shape, texture, and bring their clay animals to life – with plenty of room for imagination and personality. An adult must accompany each child at all times, and grown-ups are very welcome to jump in and help (or just cheer them on!).
While the animals are being modelled, our café will be open as usual, so you can enjoy a coffee and a slice of cake in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere 🍰
To keep the creativity going at home, each child will receive a set of paints to take away, ready to paint their finished clay animal 72 hours after making once it’s fully dry.
