The Grain Bowl

Taking inspiration from the Aussie brunch scene, these superstars pack a colourful punch. Mixing healthy heritage grains with a rainbow of flavour, it manages to be hearty, light and healthy all at once.
Ours have buckwheat and black quinoa on Greek yoghurt, with a salad of red chicory, avocado, orange and harissa. Topped with a fried egg and a side of lime pickled beetroot. Unlike the sun, it’s available to enjoy all day.
