Our homemade Spelt Granola
Includes spelt flakes (rather than oats) as they are easier to digest and full of protein and fibre. Also in the mix are chia seeds, which are one of the healthiest foods on the planet, as they are packed with antioxidants, fibre and protein. Check out the recipe here >
Brown Rice Porridge
Not only is it vegan (we make it with coconut milk) and gluten-free, but it’s stacked full of fibre to keep you fuller for longer, and topped with superfoods, mango and blueberries.
Baked, not Fried
If you do fancy something a bit more naughty, our breakfasts (such as The Boss and The Westcountry) are baked, rather than fried, and come with granary toast as standard. You can also swap scrambled egg for poached eggs on request – far from your standard greasy fry-up!
