#HealthyNotHungry Recipe: Spelt Granola

Spelt is an ancient grain that is strongly related to wheat, but why do we use it in our granola?

- Easy to digest
- Lower in gluten
- Lovely nutty flavour
- More nutritious than traditional oats
- High in fibre

Why not have a go at making your own at home?

Spelt Flakes – 500g
Chia seeds – 45g
Pumpkin seeds – 150g
Cinnamon – 15g
Maple syrup – 130g
Sesame seeds – 130g

Method: Simply mix the ingredients in a bowl, spread over a baking sheet, and bake for 10 mins at around 200 degrees.
